Our Avenza plant is situated in the
Industrial Zone between Carrara and Massa, in the Province
of Massa Carrara, in an area of approximately 20.000 Sqm.
The plant was acquired in August 2006, and can produce
approximately 250,000 tonnes a year of white Carrara
marble chips and powders.
In 2007, in reply to an increase in market requirements,
a plant which produces white marble pebbles/rounded
stones (or ‘ciottoli’) was installed –
this product being of a more prestigious and decorative
nature and a complement to our product range.
At present our pebble or ‘ciottoli’ range
includes four different sizes:

Our Avenza plant is also well positioned to accommodate
all manner of transport services both by road –
being in the vicinity of the A12 Genoa/Leghorn motorway
(Exit at Massa or Carrara), as well as for shipments by
sea – with easy access to the ports of Marina di
Carrara and La Spezia.
